Shipping Policy:
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ERGO Styling Tools. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Consumer orders over $99 pre-tax & professional orders over $199 pre-tax will ship free as long as they are based one of the fifty US states. All orders under these threshold will ship UPS or USPS.
Shipment Method:
USPS & UPS Only
Shipment to P.O. boxes are not recommended
ERGO Styling Tools ships to addresses within the USA only.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within two business days of the order being processed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ERGO Styling Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
ERGO Styling Tools is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim before contacting our customer service department. Once a claim has been filed via the carrier, please feel free to email info@ergostylingtools.com with all your information and include a copy of your carrier claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
